DELIVERIES

Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to your billing address selected by you, we only deliver in UK mainland.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Standard delivery £6.99

Free delivery for orders of 12 bottles or more 

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Store deliveries take 3 to 5 working days, standard deliveries, 3 to 5 working days and express deliveries, between 1 and 2 working days.

RETURNS

Breakage/Faulty products
We will happily offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the items in question. We must be notified of such within three working days and the goods returned within a further seven days and are further happy to have these goods collected by our couriers at no extra cost to yourself.

Failed Delivery
Should the goods ordered be returned to us because the couriers have failed to deliver despite all attempts including any new address given, telephone number given for the recipient and any other helpful information, we will either give you a credit, less the orders delivery charge or re-despatch on your instruction where the same delivery cost will be charged against your account.

Wine Rack reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
