Unfortunately we can only ship to addresses in the UK mainland.
Are the online store prices the same as those in my local Wine Rack store?
Yes. Most of our prices will be exactly the same in store as they are online. However, from time to time we may have 'store exclusive' or 'web exclusive' deals.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If for any reason, an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If this in any way delays your purchase being shipped, we will let you know via email as soon as we can. In most cases, if no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Wine vintages and packaging change quite often, the majority of the images you see will be of the exact item you receive. However from time to time, an image may differ slightly to the one pictured.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn't been processed yet.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. if we haven’t started to process your order, you can cancel your order from the order menu in your account.

We go to great lengths to ensure that your item/s reach you swiftly and safely, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.
