Cheeky Tikka Salad

2 chicken breast fillets

Tikka marinade


Crispy bacon (You can buy or just oven bake your own)

Mixed leaf salad bag

Oil and vinegar dressing (Optional)


Step 1.

Cover your chicken breast in the tikka marinade, leave in the fridge over night

Step 2.

Place your marinated chicken breasts into a preheated oven at 180˚c for 20 minutes

Step 3.

Once cooked, transfer to a plate and slice ready to dress the salad

Step 4.

Wash your salad leaves and dress with pomegranate seeds and crispy bacon, finally add your sliced chicken

Step 5.

Add dressing if you wish
